Aria — a private assistant operated by DINNO Digital Solutions
What this is
Aria is a private assistant used by a small number of named individuals through Telegram.
She is not a public product and is not offered for general sign-up.
What we access
If you choose to connect your Google account, Aria requests a single permission:
read-only access to Gmail (gmail.readonly). We request no other scope.
She cannot send, delete, or modify mail, and no code exists in the service to do so.
Why
So that you can ask her about your own mail — to find a message, summarise a thread,
or help you draft a reply — without copying text into the chat yourself.
What we store
- Your Google refresh token, encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM) on a private server.
- Your Telegram user ID, so the connection is bound to you alone.
We do not keep copies of your mailbox. Message content is fetched only when you ask a
question that needs it.
Who else sees it
To answer you, the relevant message text is sent to OpenAI, which provides the
language model behind Aria. OpenAI does not use API data to train its models and retains it
for a limited period for abuse monitoring. Your mail is not sold, not shared with advertisers,
and not disclosed to anyone else.
Limited Use
Aria's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the
Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Google user data is used only to provide the features described above, is never sold, is never
used for advertising, and is never used to train generalised AI models.
Withdrawing access
You can disconnect at any time from your Google account under
Security → Third-party apps with account access. Access stops immediately.
To have the stored token deleted from our side as well, ask Aria or contact us.
